How purchase a ‘healthy’ meal at a fast food establishment

I examined  an on-line menu from a fast food

restaurants and selected  a beverage and some  items from their menus,

then filled  in the chart (calories, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sugar and

protein) and figure out the totals.

Try to do this exercise to get better choices.

Too few Canadian will do this exercise and too many will continue to make

bad decisions at fast food restaurants.
